What is an emergency repair?
A repair is considered an emergency if a delay in attending to it could pose a risk to health, safety or security, or could cause significant damage to property, such as:
- A hole in the roof that is allowing significant water ingress (could cause further damage to the building)
- Loose stonework that might fall on a passer-by (a risk to health and safety)
Out-of-hours emergency repairs and common repairs are recharged to owners within the block via factoring accounts.
If you experience any issues, including concerns about the quality of work, please report them as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve them promptly.
