Cathcart & District Housing Association is required to submit an Annual Return on the Scottish Social Housing Charter to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) each year. Our returns are published on the Regulator’s website, where our performance can also be compared with that of other Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
All RSLs must submit an Annual Assurance Statement to the SHR by the end of October each year. This statement confirms that the Association is complying with the requirements set out in Chapter 3 of the SHR’s Regulatory Framework, including the regulatory requirements for social landlords and the Standards of Governance and Financial Management.
In addition, we provide our tenants and factored owners with an Annual Performance Report against the Housing Charter to keep them informed of our performance.
