Cathcart & District Housing Association has 595 properties, the majority of which are traditional tenemental stock. We also have modern flats and new build flats. A number of our homes are fully adapted for wheelchair users or have specially adapted bathrooms to support tenants with mobility needs.
We have a turnover of approximately 4 properties per month and we aim to turn these around within 10 working days of the outgoing tenant leaving.
Our waiting list is extensive and allocations are based on the level of housing need.
