Tenants can exchange their home with another Cathcart & District Housing Association tenant or with a tenant of another housing association or local authority.
If you are interested in any of the homes advertised on our mutual exchange register, please contact us with the unique reference number, and we can share your information with the other tenant to organise a viewing.
Mutual exchanges are also facilitated on websites such as HomeSwapper, House Exchange and Facebook groups.
If you wish to apply for a mutual exchange, please complete the mutual exchange application form. Once the form is received, we will display details of your property on our register.
