What happens after I apply?
Once we receive your application and supporting documents, we will calculate your points based on your housing need. You will then receive confirmation that your application is live.
Unless you contact us, we will not be in touch again until:
- We are in a position to make you an offer, or
- To arrange a viewing of a property
At that stage, a Housing Officer will contact you directly.
We will also send you an annual update form to confirm that you still wish to be rehoused. Failure to respond will result in your housing application being cancelled.
How long will I wait?
Due to high demand and low turnover of properties, we cannot estimate waiting times. Completing your application fully and providing as much information as possible is essential to ensure your housing need is assessed accurately.
